Scriptorium

The Scriptorium is Georgian Court’s student journal for expository prose. A team of faculty readers employs a double-blind review process to select the top essays from across the University. The top three essays receive cash prizes.

Scriptorium Submissions

Criteria is as follows:

  • An original essay written for a WI course.
  • Argument-driven.
  • Includes scholarly sources.
  • Written in a recognized style: APA, Chicago, CSE, MLA, etc.
  • Any topic but papers that address one or more Mercy Core Values preferred.
